Motorpump low pressure gapa j6 bp 1-phased 270l/h - DIFF Maximize

Group for domestic fuel. USED : It is used for boilers installations far from the fuel tank. It must be installed near the fuel tank and plugged with the burner strater. The group installation can be one-pipe or two-pipe that is with or without return to the tank. In order to determine the necessary flow to supply the installation it needs know the type of supply of the burner pump in place. If this pump is one-pipe ( no pipe connected to the return orifice or filter of recycling) it needs consider the nozzle flow in place and provide a margin of 50% higher.

For a burner pump connected intwo-pipe (filter with return pipe to the tank) it needs consider the flow of the burner pump and provide a margin of 50%higher.TECHNICAL FEATURES ::Inlet max height 4 mInlet max length 8 mDiameter suction pipe and return tank 8mmAdjustable pressure of 0,5 to 3 barsFlow 270L/hVoltage: single-phased 220 VoltsPower 240W to 2800 turn/minuteInlet and return 1/4"Outlet pressure 1/8"The transition from two-pipe to one-pipe needs to removethe bypass screw located on the return orificeand then cap the return.NOTE: the fuel emulsifies if the height of the suction exceeds 4m and if the length ofpipe is too important that can break the group by suction of airSo the better working isworking under pressure on the circuit andinstalling the motorpump as close as possible of the tank (example: on the cover)
