The GEBO DSL repair collar
The GEBO repair collar is suitable for steel tubes. The GEBO DSL model is a long collar and can be used to plug holes, cracks and porous locations.
It is made of malleable DHW compatible cast iron satisfying the standard in force, it is resistant to both domestic hot water and heating water:

Up to 25°C for domestic hot water
Up to 90°C for heating water


How to use a Gebo DSL repair collar?
To install A GEBO repair collar, start by measuring the diameter of the repair collar and the length necessary to plug. Then clean the part that will be used as the location for the repair sleeve.
Place the sleeve on the cracked part and place the GEBO repair collar over it.
Firstly, screw the screws into the dedicated holes by hand. Then use an Allen key to tighten each part. Do not forget to tighten crosswise to distribute the pressure when tightening.
Now test the installation to make sure that the leak is retained by the GEBO attachment collar.
