GEBO and its DSL repair collar
Use the GEBO repair collar to plug a hole, crack or porous part of a pipe.
This repair collar is made of malleable cast iron for added strength, and is ideal for a steel tube.
Usable on domestic hot water up to 25°C, it is also a must for any technician who needs to repair a heating pipe at up to 90°C.

How do I use a Gebo DSL repair collar?
To install A GEBO repair collar, start by measuring the diameter of the repair collar and the length necessary to plug. Then clean the part that will be used as the location for the repair sleeve.
Place the sleeve on the cracked part and place the GEBO repair collar over it.
Firstly, screw the screws into the dedicated holes by hand. Then use an Allen key to tighten each part. Do not forget to tighten crosswise to distribute the pressure when tightening.
Now test the installation to make sure that the leak is retained by the GEBO attachment collar.
